Private Duo Yoga
If you're seeking a fun and revitalizing way for you and a friend, co-worker or partner to de-stress, gain strength and flexibility and/or experience deep relaxation. We will design the perfect class just for you! You may choose from traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Reiki, Stretch and Restore or even have a blast with Partner Play Yoga. Intermediate to Advanced Yoga Training is also available.

Body awareness is also a key aspect for individuals and especially athletes to not only gain strength and peak performance, but is also essential to prevent or lesson the chance for injury.
