We believe it's important to integrate yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, mindful awareness into your daily routine. Our variety and schedule of classes are specifically chosen and taught to:

Breathe, Stretch & Meditate - We begin our 50 min. chill out yoga class with body loving stretches to relieve tension and soreness. We practice pranayama - breathing exercises - to calm the nerves, release toxins and promote wellness. Next, we settle into a restorative pose and experience yoga nidra - guided meditation - to nurture & balance the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), release holding patterns, relieve anxiety, and develop the relaxation response, preparing yourself for restful sleep.
Intro to Yoga is your first step to better wellness. If you've considered adding yoga to your life and didn't know where to start, then this is it. We walk with you every step of the way so you learn the basics of yoga. This Intro to Yoga class is taught by highly experienced yoga teachers, so you know it's safe and accessible. We use modifications and props as you learn correct alignment specific to your needs. Breathing practices and guided meditation provide an optimal feel good experience.
Pure Bliss Yoga is a divinely inspired yoga practice. A symphony of breath, body awareness, purposeful and organic movement creates a pure bliss experience that promotes a healthy body, mind, and soul. Pure Bliss Yoga is perfect for those who have, at minimum, a basic knowledge of yoga. This yoga experience relieves symptoms of stress, anxiety and trauma and increases healthy energy flow, range of mobility, lung capacity and strength.
Yoga Basics is perfect for those who are new to yoga or for people who want to get back into the practice! We walk with you every step of the way so you learn the basics of yoga, along with proper alignment and breath awareness. Yoga is proven to reduce the feelings of stress, relieve pain, build strength and lung capacity, relieve symptoms of chronic dis-ease, increase flexibility, promote better sleep ... and so much more!
Stretch & Restore is a feel good yoga class with gentle, mindful stretches, focused breathing, and comfy restorative poses to help people release holding patterns, tension, anxiety, and stress. This practice is done on the floor using props and blankets. We finish the class with a body sensing guided meditation that soothes the nervous system, fosters the relaxation response, boosts the immune system. and renews the spirit.
